WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Wedding photography can often seem to be an expensive extra to a wedding day.  However, in reality it is a timeless memory of what most couples believe to be the happiest day of their life.  A lot of money is often spent on venues, dresses, the cake and flowers, however none of these are everlasting.  Your wedding photographs will last forever and supply you and your family with moments and memories that will stay with you. 

David has been taking photographs for over 15 years, realising his passion for wedding photography 6 years ago.  He has expansive experience of working with groups of people, coupled with his unique background in landscape photography, will ensure that your wedding photos capture the best in the wedding party and the location.  David has been warmly complimented for his friendly and enthusiastic attitude, building a relaxed and comfortable relationship with both his clients and the wedding guests.

David defines his style as the following:

“My style searches to meet the current trend for wedding photography, but also with a bit of my own twist.  In general it is a mixture of traditional and informal shots.  The traditional photographs include photographs such as portraits of the bride and groom, the formal group shots (family and friends) and cutting of the cake.  These photos are a must and help provide a timeless record of the day.  Following the introduction of the 'reportage' or 'Photojournalistic' wedding photography style, there has been a popular push for more informal shots which try to capture the atmosphere of the day with people laughing and enjoying themselves, finding those unpredictable moments that add to the mood of your special day. 


My background is predominantly in landscape photography and I believe this is also reflected in my style.  I like to make the most of venues and locations to provide couples with the kind of images that they want to put on the wall and not just within a wedding album.”

Every wedding is different; David has a mixture of packages ranging from just a CD of images through to luxurious wedding albums, canvasses and beautifully framed prints.
